Moschino Creative Director Jeremy Scott has teamed up with MTV to create the new MTV Moonman for the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by Miley Cyrus on August 31.
The redesign of the statue is part of MTV's long-standing history of 'bridging the gap between the world of fashion and music'.
